Exchange Process

At VectaSupply, we gladly offer direct exchanges to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need a different item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange.

To qualify, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate the exchange process, please contact our team at hello@vectasupply.com with your order number and the specific item you would like to receive instead.

We will then provide you with the return address and detailed instructions. Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will immediately process the exchange and ship your new product directly to you.
